where to get amber bulbs? - Honda Prelude Forum

I recently finished up the LED altezza conversion on my car (thanks marsh) and need to get amber bulbs to replace the clear turn signal bulb. The problem is I have been to all shops I figured would carry it around here and none do. Anyone know a place online to get them or anything.

So just the brake light is going to be LED and not the turn signal?

Just paint the clear bulbs with Krylon Stained Glass Paint. It's available at most local hardware stores or pretty much any arts and crafts store.

i have yellow bulbs that i got from Napa

they're not listed on the site, but they are one of the few that can get actual yellow bulbs. not amber.

APC makes amber bulbs, and you can get them at Pep Boys. Bulbs are the only thing APC makes that I will buy.

amber bulbs are available everywhere. i think i got mine from pepboys but any store that has some lights should carry them since they are oem on lots or cars.

They have some bulbs @ Autozone that are silver when off, but light up amber... not leds.
