Where exactly is the horn located at?

My horn is shorting out and will randomly start to give off a high pitched whine. It started out only being when the car got wet, but now its all the time. Needless to say the neighbors arent happy when it goes off at 3am. Ive been looking for the thing but I cant find it. I know it is somewhere around the drivers side healight but Im starting to think I need to take the bumper off to get to it. Does anybody know for sure?

If you open the hood, it's those circular metallic things right in front of the radiator. There should be 2 of them where one is attached near the hood latch and the other attached a little lower.

I'm thinking about getting HELLA Air horns since mine are rusted as well, not to mention HONDA horns suck.

I've got air horns in my 4th gen. I mounted them up front in front of the condensor. I don't have an air tank, so I'm just using 2 air pumps to feed them, lol

They're pretty loud, but not as loud as they can be with a tank.

Na, it was pretty easy. I just had to wire up a relay and run a few wires. The hardest part was figuring out where to mount the air pumps.

Nope, no sound clips... yet, lol

Yeah, I want the air horns to go off with my alarm (horn honk). I just was wondering if there actually worth upgrading.

Depends how much you love your battery, lol

If you have a tank then they won't drain much power if you have it so the pumps do not pressurize the tank if the car is off. That way they will work for a while off the air stored in the tank with power only being used to open and close the solenoids.
