Where is the coolant drain bolt on the block at?

Can anybody help me out with the location of the coolant drain bolt on the block? It is not above the oil filter as my Chilton manual suggests. It is a JDM H22, so I didn't think that would make a difference.

Holy S***. The drain bolt is a pita to get off. Difficult to get a good grip as well. 17mm socket, correct?

looks like a 17mm...

a long handle 3/8" rachet should do the trick to loosening it... when I have trouble loosening a bolt... I square the socket on the bolt... and with a open palm... start hitting handle of the rachet... works 9 times out of 10....
