I got a dealership to order one for me; cost me about $95 a couple of years ago.

oops - I meant I paid about $95 Canadian, which would be a little under US$60. So yeah, that's about right.

I agree - that service manual does more for me than any other (way more expensive) mod I've done or will do - anyone who wants to work on their own car should get one. No, I don't work for them
