Where can I find a stroker kit for an H22/H23?

Anyone have any idea where I would able to locate this?

I dont think they make them. The stroker kit for the H22 is the H23 crank and rods.

How does the rod ratio go with that swap?

What do you mean? Rod ratio goes down to 1.49 just like the H23 cause it would be an H23 crank/rod/piston

You answered my question. I need to start planning my engine build soon and I'm just taking in different ideas. A forged bottom end and sleeved block is going to be necessary unless the 100 shot gets me to the 12s(Highly unlikely.) Since I would already need forged pistons and rods, I figure that a nice stroker kit might be worth the money. Are there any bad side effects to swapping in the H23 internals? I am assuming that companies make forged rods and pistons for the H23 also.

I don't know who makes off the shelf H23 forged rods actually. We used factory shot peened rods cause there weren't any readily available. Looking back on it I should have gone with aftermarket rods.

I have been talking with Crower over e-mail and they DO make H-series crankshafts. However in BILLET only! That's really damn expensive but I'm seriously considering it.

Billet crank to any stroke would be $2400! Ouch! But he offered a full H-series stroker kit w/ billet crank for $3900 (non-billet would be $2400 but they don't do it). I could sell my pistons and bore out and go completely crazy with it....keep a long stroke and build a torque monster out of a 4 cylinder. I see that twisted performance place has an H22a stroker. I wonder how the crank is made?

I wonder what the biggest stroke on an H could be.....

I thought Crower DID make rods for H23s... if not, what about Eagle?

Hmmm....I don't know...on the website all I see is H22/H23 rods together...BUT

5.58 Inches = 141.732 Millimeters

H22 is 143 mm
H23 is 141.525mm

I'm a little confused, did they just decide 142 was good enough???

I'm pretty sure Crower makes stuff for us H23 guys. Or else, I'm going to have to go w/ Eagle, and have a whole bunch of stuff machined to go w/ their rods. I heard that w/ Crower rods, you don't have to get things machined, but w/ Eagle rods, you have to get your pistons machined... GRRRRR. WTF??????

Crower does have H23 rods, that's from their website:

B93747B Honda Accord 2.2/Prelude 2.3 Si DOHC Non VTEC (1992-96) 5.580" 2.008" 0.935" 0.866" (22mm) 0.940"

B93748b Honda Prelude 2.2 VTEC DOHC (H22 1992-up) 5.636" 2.008" 0.935" 0.866" (22mm) 0.940"

I think you thought the Accord 2.2/H23 rods where the H22/H23 rods you saw because 5.58" is the size for them, the H22 rods are 5.636"
