wheel spin in neutral while on jack stands

is this normal...i remember i meant to ask about this awhile ago, as i had my front end up on jack stands and also had changed the spark plugs, so i started the car up and found that upon letting out the clutch, the front wheels spin...not nearly at idle speed in first gear as they can be stopped easily by hand...but this was after my clutch job and i was just wondering.

funny... after my little wheel incident (front driver's side wheel sorta went at a 90 degree angle, separating it from the driveshaft), the end of the axle that was still attached to the engine kept spinning when my car was in neutral.

no idea why even my friend who saw it was like wtf

i guess the engine vibrations make the wheels spin when they have no resistance

yes im guessing it is due to residual transmission fluid movement, or motion transmitted thru the clutch fork or throwout bearing or something, just found it weird

I have this too. Seems to happen when I first turn it on and it is idling high. Then when it comes down to a normal idle it no longer did it.
