TEIN basics...or the TEIN SS if u have the money...16x7 rims with 215/45 tires for the rest....an example would be Rota Circuit 8...

Better to hear it now than later when everyone else says this: Use the search button to search for suspension setups in the future

Your thoughts on what kind of setup up you want is fine, don't go more than 17 x 7 on rims unless you want to risk the chance of rubbing, and go with any brand you want with tires. Just remember you get what you pay for.

I liked my Neuspeed Koni Yellows w/ Neuspeed Sport springs, but after blowing the Konis, I'm very happy w/ my Tein SS's. It really depends on how harsh or soft you want your ride.

Right now, I've had my Koni Yellows and my Ground Controls for about 2 years now and I love 'em. The ride is decent and handles great!

Can 225 series tires fit on our cars? Say, 225/45/17? Or would those rub?

I think if you're slammed, you'll rub like mad w/ 225s...but offset comes into play, too.

I've got wimpy, little 205s...so 205/40/17ZR Kumho Ecsta Supra 712s... What do you have? I think if I ever get my 18" Racing Harts, I'll go for 215's.
