What type of Tranny Oil???

HI guys, I have a 94 Prelude with a H22A1. I wanted to know what kind of oil i should put in my tranny. I've gotten a lot of comments about this. Chilton's Manual says I could use 10w30-10w40 oil on it. My friend says I should go to Honda and buy the transmission oil from them. What's the best recommendation/suggestion?

use only honda tranny fluid. 10w-30 or 10w-40 should only be used as a temp replacement according to the helms.

The Helm's states that you can use motor oil, but in a Honda Manual Transmission you should be using Honda MTF if it's available.
