Are you asking for exact dimensions or just a general idea. Here is a pic of my engine bay and you can almost make out the whole radiator??

It's only like 1"-1.5" thick. So you've already checked or replaced the cap, thermostat, fan, and flushed the system. If you definitely need a new radiator it's only like $130-$140 shipped.

Ya ive done all that so it leads me to believe its the radiator. I could have a bad radiator and the exterior still look fine correct?

Yeah you can have small corrosion blockages that greatly reduce the flow and effectiveness of the radiator.

they are really close in size, the vtec radiator is slightly smaller but it is a dual core instead of a single core

If you have an Si the fans won't bolt on to the vtec radiator and vice versa. Also the vtec radiator is thicker.

I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. I'm running modified Si fans on a vtec radiator. with no problems.

So it looks like i have a si radiator with a h22a engine, so i guess this is what is causing my overheating problems? Ive already checked all the other normal things that cause you to over heat.
