Those look like 225/50/R15. I have that size tires installed on my 92-93 rims.

How can you tell the width from that angle

There's about a half a millimeter diameter difference between 225/50/R15 and 205/55R15

i just say it may be 225/50/15 b/c other than the stock size (205/55/15) 225/50/15 is the next common size from what I see.

Its a guess just like anyone else here.
