what part do i need

i am looking to replace my timing belt. i see that #11 says its Belt. i thought that may be what i need. part #17 says its *14400-P13-014.

does anyone know what part this is and what its used far?

17 is the timing belt, 11 is the ballance shaft belt.

you need both. might as well get the water pump also.

i was looking at the water pump. a little bit more than what i was thinking... but its a good investment. thanks for the help.

what about replacing any seals. i figure that this would be a good time to do it. but is it really necessary??

Since you'll have the valve cover off, you might as well change the valve cover gasket, the 4 spark plug hole gaskets, and the cam plug on the distributor side of the engine.
