yea is a buddy club kit
and the hood is tilted up in the rear .. its a track thing you get the same effect as a vented hood the air comes in the front and out the back keeping the engine bay cooler.. i know a guy who did this to his integra looks a little off but it doesnt really cost anything and it helps

I only dislke the fact that the sides have "dimples" on each end, it would look nicer if it was moulded
