That's very low. Stock Sis generally dyno mid to high 130s stock.

Did you dyno it with those wheels you have in your signature on? Those look huge and probably are heavy.

If you had done a search, you might notice the sticky on top of the NA forum of people's dynos. There are several H23s in there. You are low, but not unbelievably low. As was already said, most people dyno around 135-140.

Bigger heavier wheels could definatley cause some of it. Most people don't race with 18 or 19 inch rims for a reason.
I would also consider giving your engine a tune up if it hasn't been done for a while. Spark Plugs, ignition wires, change oil, transmistion oil, radiator fluid etc. that might help gain back a few hp.

i have a 92 prelude S with JDM H22A swap, ACT stage 1 clutch, everything else stock, dynoed 147whp on a traveling dyno (which was said to be 5-20hp off) but i still think that is VERY low for what it should be getting considering the JDM H22A is supposed to have 195 to the flywheel. i think it's my stock intake and stock base model S header back that is restricting it. comments?

well i havent checked that yet, but i keep thinking to my self that i should.

the numbers i pulled were on a traveling dyno to, so maybe thats some of the problem.

anyways on the tune up the plugs were changed like 5 to 6 thousand miles ago and i just had the timeing belt, water pump, and ballencer belt replaced. but im not sure on the cap and roter. and the wires havent been changed.
