I know a guy that's just about to do it. I've heard it's hard to get right and bla bla. Is this true? Also, if done right, what kind of horsepower do they put down?

I'm no expert, but I think the hardest part is the oil squirters that have to be re-ran up top, and also the rods aren't long enough or some sh!t. All I know was all the posts about a h23/vtec made my ding ding go down.

As for horsepower, someone just recently posted a h23/vtec dyno, it made 181whp which is like 20hp more than the stock h22's make.. torque was up there too....

Where did you get this dyno from? I don't think the combo yeilds anything spectacular like 20 more whp. The h23 vtec in Japan is rated the same as the jdm h22.
