Looks like a hood scoop was fused to the stock hood.

It's the factory hood with a scoop put on it. Still nice though. I don't like the "bra" on the car though.

Neither do my clear signal and sidemarkers but I like the way they look. So, actually they do serve a purpose...pleasing me.

The best hood scoop is no hood scoop. Clean=nice IMO. I like cowls and scoops on muscle cars not imports.
