What do you think of my new black widow alarm?

I thought it was a nice xmas gift. The labor on it costed more than the actual alarm, but that's cause I got it at best buy employee discount. ($117 while regular price is $449)

It's a 5 button LCD remote, so I also got a window rollup module but the installer still needs to figure out exactly how to get it working with the remote. He programmed to where if the windows are down when I turn off the car they roll up automatically. It was funny cause the night of the install it was too dark and he couldn't figure out to get it out of the programming mode to where when I armed the alarm the windows would roll down. So basically, I didnt arm it at all that night, especially because it was raining! It's cool though, cause he also put a proximity sensor inside so if it's armed and someone decides to stick their hand in it goes off. The installer also still needs to get me a motor for the trunk so I can have trunk release by remote.

If you guys got the cash, I highly recommend this alarm for your ride. The remote paging system can really come in handy when you're in a store something and some guy tries to mess with your stuff while you're inside. IMO a good alarm and radar detector are the best investments you can put into your car, because a prelude is worth it.

Looks pretty nice. Did you get the back up battery for the siren?
