what distributors will fit the h22a?

I need to replace my distributor.... and prelude ones are really hard to find.

What distributors with internal coils will work on my '95 h22a? Which accrod ones will work (model, year, etc.) so I know what to ask for in junkyards?

Thanks

I've got a JDM h22a distr. now and I added an MSD SCI ignition with blaster 2 coil. I think that my sdistributor is bad, and I am under the impression that it is a lot harder to modify an external coils etup for msd. I already ahve a modified distributor cap, and I could modify anohter intenal coil one.

If its possible to use the MSD ignition /w blaster 2 coil on an external coil distributor, then any new distributor that will work on the h22 is what I need.

The other reason I wanted an internal coil one is for testing readons: I can somly take off my distr. and put the new one on and have a stock workign internal coil setup (elminitaltes the MSD until I install it again)

someone in another thread just said that the accor distr. will mess up your motor because the timing is all different. Does anyone actuallt have an accord distr. on their h22? Did it work ok? Which one?

Hmm.......I dont even think the accord dist will bolt up. I know the newer 94 accord dists won't bolt up, I am assuming its pretty much the same for all F-series engines ehh?

If you want an external coil dist any H22/H23 dist will work, they both have the same part number. But if you want a JDM internal dist, you gotta look around. I sold my to my friend for only 100 bucks,

Eddie
