I did my engine first, but I like running the stockies anyway. If you need tires and want rims, then yeah go for that first.

1. intake
2. exhaust
3. suspension
a. lowering springs
b. shocks
c. camber kit
d. rims

suspension has been my most expensive mod so far, and intake was my cheapest. so as money becomes available, buy watever fits in your budget.

Heres what I did.
1. Intake
2. Exhaust
3. Headers
4. JDM One Peice Headlights
5. JDM Side Markers
6. NGK Spark Plug Wires and Spark Plugs
7. Front Strut Bar
8. DC SS
9. Stereo
10. Body Work Customization--Fill bumper and paint wheels

I am now working on suspension, but I wish I would have done suspension first.

Depends on you.

If you don't race your car alot and just drive it for fun and enjoy.

go for the rims and tires. and bodykits maybe (exterior but no rice please)

If you always get tempted to smoke somebody.

then go with engine mod.

1. intake
2. header + exhaust (do it together)
3. strut bars

Done and wait.

WELCOME What I did first was the following:

-Koni yellow struts
-Neuspeed Sport Springs
-Neuspeed strut tower bar
-HKS SMF intake
-Neuspeed short shifter adapter
-Momo c/f-look cobra shift knob
-Greddy SP catback exhaust
-DC ceramic headers
-1500 dollars in stereo equipment

... All in 2-3 weeks time. I had a 20 G loan, and spent it all pretty quick, including my car, for 16 G's, out the door.

I'd recommend you doing your suspension & basic bolt ons first, before making the car look cute. I've gotten plenty of phone numbers from girlies w/ my car in stock trim, so don't worry about making your car look like a transformer w/ really sparkly paint, or anything like that...IN MY OPINION. Suspension is something that can end up saving your life, if you drive like crazy, so do it first, IMO.

i had to get my 18's first because one of my tires blew out shortly after i bought the car and i wasnt willing to replace the tire when i was planning on getting rims in the future...so i made the future the present and bought the rims. i still think it was my best purchase

Im getting like 4k back from my income tax so I was actually debating if I want to get a turbo slapped on since I have the h23.
