What bulbs are you using in your JDM 1-piecers?...

Hey,

Are you guys using H4 or whatever lights with the JDMs? or are you using modified 9005, 9006s like the write on www.hondaprelude.com says?

I'm using H4s since I just rewired the positive and negative wires to the H4 harness and that's it. The end.

yeah install was a *****...remember to take out the front bumper and get the bolts from the sides..the corners and the back..the one piecers should be a cinch from there..and wiring will be a lil tricky but just wire like i said..postive and the negative wire

Also, what brand bulbs are you guys using? I'm thinking about ordering the phillips vision plus bulbs because everytime i read about them it's always good. And also because they don't make them in the normal 9005 + 9006. All the guys with 5th gens say there is a noticeable difference with them. Anyway, they don't make them in H4 though. Only H1 and H7. They do claim 50% gain in illumination though and most people seem to say it's not a hoax. There's also the blue vision which claims to recreate daylight like conditions. I'm also going to need H3s for these:

I'm going to wait till my JDM 1-pieces get here so i'll install both at the same time because the foglights require to take off the bumper as well. Can't wait for the new look of my car!!

one more thing, do the JDMs actually light up more of the road or what? Or are they pretty much the same as the USDMs? Oh and i have a helms manual for the bumper and instructions for the foglights which also tells you how to take off the front bumper. So that shouldn't be a problem. and ummmm... that'll be all for now!

Anyone? are they brighter than the USDM lights or the same? It would definitely be a plus if they weren't just for cosmetics.
