What is this?

The thing in the pic that looks kind of like the JDM air mix motor, but I don't think it is:

that would be my guess but i never worked on a jdm car so i wouldnt know for sure

Why not take a quick browse through the JDM CC install write-ups for 4th gen and compare it

sure looks like the airmix motor to me .. why do you think it isn't?

its actually not the air mix motor, its the motor that controls the flaps.............changing where the airflow is directed

I looked at pics before. Mine looked similar enough to the air mix motor that you could maybe get the two confused with each other. I noticed the differences, and figured it wasn't an air mix motor. I bought the power transistor from an importer whom I was directing how to get the air mix motor out... he pulled this instead and I told him I didn't need it. He sent it anyway. Anyone want it?
