so i just got my first prelude,a 95 AT....i know AT transmissions are sh*t but i really wanted this car....but anyway the guy i got it from said it was programmed so that you have to shift through the gears kind of like a slap shift but it will only engage in second and forth.....but very rarely it will work like it's supposed to....anyone have an idea what it could be???

Yeah, your transmission has $hit the bed, it's not programmed to shift that way like you were told, they lied and $hitted you out of your money. Someone ripped you off big time cause they sold you a car with a transmission that could totally fail at an minute.
