weird sound when i turn right

When i start the car and it has to be cold, i go to start driving and turn the wheel to the right and i hear this squeaking sound. Every single time... Been happening for 9 months now.I had a mechanic look under the car and he didn't see anything. Anyone have any experience with this?

a brand new belt can still squeal... you can check the tension to be sure.

i had a problem similar to this... does it only happen when the car is moving ie, the wheels are moving? because behind the brake rotor, there is a metal cover, if you jack the car up, and take off the tires and spin the rotor slash mount locations for the tire, and hear a little bit of scrubbing, then its the metal cover behind the rotor, just bend it back with pliars... the only point of those as far as i can see is for protection so bending them won't hurt... as far as i know... but yea a mechanic did that for me and showed me the problem...

edit: this is only if you know that the noise comes when the wheels are moving, if the wheels are not moving but the engine is on and the car still makes noises... i'd say it comes from some moving part of the engine (this is how i tried to systematically find out waht was wrong)
