water coming out of vents

hello fellow luders!! i'm new to the boards here and also to my car. this may sound pretty weird but whenever i have my a/c on water will pour outta the floor vents if i make sharp turns (1-2 cups i'd say at first). my guess is that the condensation is collecting somewhere but i don't know how to drain it. i poked my finger into an open hose underneath the car and water began to trickle out, but if there was somethign blocking it, it didn't fall out. Hope this hasn't been answered on the boards, sorry for the long post, just wanted to be as descriptive as possible. thanks ahead of time for any solutions.

The hose is blocked and needs to be cleaned out.

I had the problem on a non-prelude but I disassembled it from the inside and took the tube out and cleaned it really well.
