Vtec/Speedo/4ws/cc stopped working!

The other night I was messing around with a buddy of mine who just got a GSR and I may have shifted into 2nd a little too hard... After the shift I looked down and noticed my speedometer wasn't working.. that was just the beginning. I got home and find that I can rock my engine back and forth so there's definitely a broken motor mount. right now I'm still driving my car back and forth to work which is only 5 mins away but my vtec doesn't worth AT ALL. Also, the 4WS light comes on followed by my engine light... I thought I would ask here before I take my car in to the shop. If anyone could think of anything to figure this out that would be grand

oh mannnnn, all that happen at once? for the spedo, and vtec my guess would be that during the hard shifting you managed to loosen or undo a connection.... i've had problems like this before and believe me it's not fun to try to fix.... electrical problems are like my worse nightmare.

My guess would be that there is a problem with the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS). Check the connector or it could be the VSS gearbox?

4WS is speed dependant, VTEC only works when mobile, and CC needs to get the speed pulse. The car thinks you're stationary.
