I would say that you would have to find a wrecked vtec 94-96 cause the 93 vtec dont come with it not sure of the price. Why dont you just get your own leather seats installed?

I can't just get black leather seats...I have to replace the entire interior with black...or else it would look really bad, but I CAN replace the entire interior right? I mean it is possible??

Is the whole interior blue (carpeting etc.?) If so, you're gonna need access to a wrecked car. Check your local junkyards.

just swap out the parts you find to black and youll eventually have it done. my friends switched his ivory color to black in his lude. he's 3/4 of the way there. the ivory and black interior doesnt show out as much as you think when you on the process of doing it. now that i think about it, i dont think ive seen any other prelude with ivory colored interior except his. has anyone else?
