Didnt mean to sound impatiant I just saw that a lot of people looked at the thread and no one even said "I don't know" or "sorry man your SOL" or anything thats all I was saying.

yes. I had to add a quart but it still did it. After about 25 minutes of highway driving I slowly ran the RPM's up in 2nd gear to about 7000 and it was fine. Dont know if the motor was cold or what. Its done it about 3 times. Sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. its really weird man. I dont like it cause it's not right. Dont think it was just a fluke thing ya know...

Seafoam. Run it through your IM, fuel, and oil. It should clean a majority of any crap that may be in the VTEC system, including the solenoid. Do a search. Even if that doesn't fix the initial issue, your car should run alot better.

IM = intake manifold. Take off the line that goes from your brake booster to your manifold (the biggest vacuum line) and pour ~1/2 can with the car running. Let the car sit for ~5 minutes. Pour 1 full can in the fuel and the other ~1/2 can in the oil. Go drive the hell out of it for about 10 minutes then let it cool and change the oil.
