was the h22 vtec sold in 92 and 93 preludes, i thought it was but am having trouble finding credable info, so please name your sourse so i can look it up

In the US market vtec was not offered in the 92 model. It was offered in the 93 and up.

Yup! IN the US it was offered in 93. In Japan it was offered in late 91-92.
