Vibration v1.too many

ok well in light of the abs Threads i decided to have my rear rotors resurfaced and brake pads replaced.... still get the ABS light coming on, but thats besides the point. I also had the tires from the front go to the back and vise versa, now im gettin Vibratrion in the pedals and steering wheel. it wasnt like that before the rotation of tires. it mainly does it on aceleration and stays even at crusing. but i hardley feel it at 80mph.

Whats the problem?

i have the same problem. I rotated my tires and had them balanced, and an alignment done.... then all of the sudden, horrible shaking, but close to none at 80 mph

ok well i went to where my Younger Brother works (Goodyear) and had him do a rebalance of all 4 tires, and they were all off and now i have no vibration at any speed, this is the best its ever been. Before i rotated the tires i still had a little vibration, but now i have none. He showed me how the previouse shop had done a shoty job of balancing. One tire was 2.75oz and 3.00oz off. so if any one has problems after a balance ide really get it double checked. as fortunatly i have some one who knows how much i love my car and did it corectly. The best part is they didnt charge me.

if it just happened when you rotated your tires, that probly means that your tires have uneven thread wear. Litttle vibrations like tha are often due to the wear of the tire. Plus dont forget that with 17s, they use stikcy weights, which are not as accurate as the normal weights, and on top of that, with 40 series tires ( if thats what you have), you may have a bent wheel cause the 40s dont absorb too much shock so the the rest of the impact when u hit a pot hole goes directly to your wheel. If the wheel was on the rear, you wouldnt feel it as much, but once u rotate it, it can get balanced and all but the fact is that its very possible that its bent, and u r gonna feel it a lot more in the front. So that thats what i think your problem is, and thats the main reason why I m goin away from 17s.
