very strange electrical problem, need help asap

ok, every morning i go to start my car batt is dead. it is not the batt. cuz i replaced it with a new one twice now. it is not the alt i had it tested and it starts and runs fine when jumped. what could it be ignition switch possibly? any other suggestions? everything is off when the car is off. i have already made sure of that. also my battery has been moved to my trunk. i have 4ga. wire running from it to my starter and underhood fuse box. also have 2 4ga. grounds so i know it is not a grounding problem. any help and info greatly appreciated.

you could put a light blub between your + terminal on your battery and your + battery wire and pull fuses till you bulb goes out.
