Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) - Where is it located?

Can someone please point me in the right direction to where I can find this sensor in my 1993 Honda Prelude VTEC?

Thanks

stand on the passenger side of your engine bay. (move your intake out of the way, and strut bar if you have one) it's behind the engine, going into your transmission. its like beneath your intake manifold. youll be able to see two p/s lines going to it. theres one screw that comes out, and then you just pull the sucker out. mine was a pita, but most people say their's come righ tnow.

good luck

yeah mine looked different than what was shown in my 93 helms pic. trust me, that's it. take out that one screw, it looks exactly like the one in the pic of your helms. you don't need to take the top 2 small screws out of the sensor because it has nothing to do with removing the VSS.

it's the only sensor that is actually screwed into your trans! the only other thing that goes into your trans like that is your backup light switch but that's not even close to the VSS...

Actually first I unscrewed two screws and relized that it would do me no good. I didn't see just one screw so I just pulled the two tubes (P.S. fluid) and capped them off.
