Valvoline power steering fluid...

anyone used it, or do you just stick with Honda fluid. This Valvoline is semi-synthetic formula.

I can't really think of any advantages of using a ps fluid other than genuine Honda. I've heard so much debate over this issue, it just makes sence to not take a chance with other brands when the price of the fluid is relatively cheap. Is there any advantage of using another brand? Fill me in if there is, I just dont take chances with it the ps system.

ONLY use honda fluid.. or use fluid that says its for hondas.. it will be visible on the front of the bottle.. if you dont the other stuff will eat through your powre steering lines.. take it from someone who has had it happen.. honda PS fluid is cheap anyways.. but if your stubborn go to the nearest parts store and make sure it says HONDA on it.
