My friend has a f22b and has a bent valve, his timing belt broke about a week after he put his motor back together. The valve is relatively cheap from honda, but is it worth saving hundreds of dollars to do it yourself?

oh i forgot to ask, do you have to replace all the valves or can you replace just one single valve?
