valve cover problem

i was taking off my valve cover last night and i stripped each stud on the top of that holds them down...i was able to take the valve cover off but i am going to need to replace the whole screw that holds the vavle cover down...my question is, how do i take it out? is there a certain way? tool? anyhting i should be careful about? and how much is Honda going to charge me for a new set of screws and studs?

I had to replace one before. For a h23 the center one is a different part number bacause it is a different length. Wll anyway just order the piece. It is easy to remove all you do is pull the valve cover and put a 10mm wrench down the shaft part and you will come to a 10mmhex part. Turn counterclock-wise remove and replace.
