Value Question

I went to a shop today that buys used cars hooked up and gives you more for aftermarket prices...here is my car...

1992 Prelude SI
Auto
MSD Ignition
155,000 miles
Custom Exhasut
Custom System
Big mouth front, comat rear, invader sides
Combat GTR wing
New Paint about 2 weeks ago
Mint Interior

my question is what is the value of my car? at first he offered 3500 saying that a 92 with 105,000 miles is worth 3900 so he took 400 off...i laughed and told him no way, he later talked to my friend about his car (which i have another question about)...after all was done we started to walk out and i saw a paper on the table that said "92 Prelude 7,500"...as i was driving away the guy ran to my car and said that he really wanted to buy my car and offer me 6000 for it and will take it as a down payment for a 98 SH and sell the SH for 15K to me (i am paying 9K for a 98 SH)...would this be a good deal? and is my car worth more than 6k?

Here is my next question...my friend has a 99 Civic EX...the guy argued with me saying that the EX is SOHC VTEC? isnt the Accord the only SOHC VTEC Honda makes? i was really confussed after that

the guy tried to get your car for way cheaper than what it actually cost! go to kbb.com and find out the normal value for your car if you were to sell it... and then you can add or remove $$$ depending on what mods you've done to it.

There's always someone who will pay more!
