From Kaminari.com
Our fiberglass components are hand laid. This is by far the best way to produce fiberglass parts. Most other companies use a "chopper gun" method, where the fiberglass and resin is sprayed on. This produces a component that is very brittle, and tends to have waves on the surface. When a part is hand laid, it will be uniform, with an even amount of fiberglass throughout the component. Hand laid fiberglass takes the longest amount of time, and costs the most to produce, but we refuse to make an inferior product. Quality has always been the priority here at Kaminari USA.

The last time i checked, kaminari kits were fiberglass...I would go with the RS kit cuz i like to keep my signal lights. Plus, its a more simple and clean looking kit...
