THere is no such thing as an upper sway bar. A sway bar attaches the frame to the suspension, to reduce body roll in turns, and only attaches to the bottom of the car.

Strut bars or tie bars as they are referred to join the strut towers together to stiffen the frame of the car. They can attach to the top of the strut towers, as well as the bottom.

So 4 tie/strut bars, 2 sway bars.

So when you ask whether to get the tie bar or the sway, you are talking about two very different things.

is it a big differnce? somene told me that it held your front tires the road beter, like when you stomped the gas you wouldn't get wheel hop.

There will be less body roll, better steering respons, and the front end will grip better when going into turns.

I love my Neuspeed bar.

I got mine from Inline Four . I suggest just getting the black one... you really dont need the polished bar unless you really want it, and it costs an extra $15 for polished.
