update on car....NOT TOTALED

Ok finally....well the car got towed to my body shop...the adjuster came and looked at the car...they came up with about 5k worth of dmg....so did my body shop...now they just need to work out an agreement....

SO with that said I talked to the guy doing the work...he is going to work with me...so i need a hook up on the JDM one peice lights...and I dont know if I want to go with a CF hood or not....anything else after market I should pick up??...His cost for the 2 oem head lights was about 400 dollars...and the cost of the OEM hood was like 360....help a brotha out

Told you 4-5k. Of course, I am an Auto Damage Evaluator for Allstate

I would expect that job to go close to 6k after all is said and done.

Take the cash for the headlights and buy JDM headlights off Ebay and also get a VIS CF hood.

fullyludedSi: White cars with a CF hood and black JDM headlights are SEXY!! I can show you a pic of my accord if you want to see.

Jeager: I'm glad to hear that your car will be all good and its not totalled...like the others said...dont pass up the chance to up grade to a CF hood.

Ebay, and Ebay. I got bolth of mine off of there and Had no complaints about either. I wish I could remember the name of the dude I bought my hood from, but it was less than 400$ after shipping. Just remember with CF hoods you get what you pay for. If you can sling in some of your own money go for the VIS or other top quality piece. Mine flexes ALOT and I need hood pins soon...

paint CF ... somebody got decapitated by a cF hood ?? DAMN!*#%

show me the link to that.

Call around any US jdm importers that get engines/front clips ... they usually sell the 1 piece lights and/or foggies .. www.jdmsource.ca I know does but .. cDN ..

anybody whose sold JDM h22 should be a good contact to find some lights for you .. just shop around, get a good price while at it

my bumper used to be hanging really low, so my hood-bumper gap in the front was over 1inch . i got one of those newer VIS CF hoods w/ the adjustable metal hinge for 450shipped. I have taken my car to max speed many times on the highway, i dont even have hoodpins, and i still have my head
