this is a page from www.lude4life.com, and on the second picture down on your left there is a red lude picture and there looks to be a light on the left side of the back bumper...what is that light?

im not quite sure but i know alot of JDM cars....if not all of them have some sort of light in the back in one form or another....i believe its a 3rd brake light for rainy or foggy conditions

It's a euro-spec car. That's a rear foglamp - mandated by law in some European countries.

No JDM (for Japan, NZ, Aus) Prelude's have that "Rear Light", only the JDM Spec euro Lude's..

yea in order to have it pass its MOT (yearly test of the "essentials") in the UK you MUST have a rear foglight

JDM cars imported usually have one just stuck on the bottom of the rear bumper heh
