typical idle?

1995 Prelude Si, H23

Ok, when i first got my car it idled at around 1100 rpm.. this seemed kind of high, but the engine sounded correct...

after i did all the bypass mods and block offs it still idles around the same.. with the idle screw all the way in it wont go below 1000, and even at 1000 shakes a little bit and sounds like its idling low.. is the h23 just supposed to idle around 1100? is my tachometer off?

weird..

warm idle should be 700-800rpm, cold idle should be 1000-1100rpm

I thought it was like 550+-50 warm and 750+-50 with a/c on. Don't quote me on that though since I don't have a helms on me. I am sure someone that has one can post the exact numbers.
