Typical Dyno numbers for Si with I/H/E ??

Hey guys,

What are typical numbers for an Si with I/H/E to run? maybe 135 hp to the wheels? that's some number i'm pullin from my a$$ but maybe those that have dyno'ed their H23A1 can tell me more... oh yeah what about torque numbers as well? If anyone can post their dyno numbers, that'd be cool. Thanks.

yeah man but thats' without the loss of hp through the tranny and wheels. you don't really believe that you still have 160 hp after that. maybe if you took your engine out and dyno'd it by itself you might have the full 160

With I/H/E you should expect between 150 and 155. I have yet to Dyno mine, I will soon, probably this summer. Member Pter with H/E pulled about 150 wheel HP. Keep in mind most VTECs put down upper 150s stock.

100 hr in Norfolk. As many pulls as you can get in a hour. I was pullin 168 at the wheels. Gude head package with I/H. That was 18 months ago. Got a short block ready we will see what that does in a few weeks.

There are two places that I know of that'll offer $50 for 3 runs.
One is Mustang Ranch in Santa Clara, and the other is a VW place in Fremont.

measuring hp from the wheels, will give you less hp than measuring it from the flywheel, so if like a SI has 160hp at the flywheel it's around 135-140hp at the wheels, but if you would dyno the hp at the flywheel i think it'll probably be close to 160hp, correct me if i'm wrong, but some tech dude told me this..
