Type s valves,springs,retainers? worth it?

just wondering if it was worth to upgrade my usdm h22a to type s vavles,springs, and retainers? am i gonna see much gain?

nope...dont waste it on Type S ....go for the Crower Stage 2 kit....WELL worth it....youll see gains of at least 20 hp. (cams included )

you talkin 20whp? if so, id say thats stretchin it a little bit. id guess around 12-16whp from what i've seen
