Type S Pistons in 4th Gen?

Anyone here used Type S pistons in their 4th Gen?

I'm in need to having the engine rebuilt. Might as well replaced the pistons in the process.

Comments?

i haven't been around anyone personally, but if you're planning to go all motor, that's a good way to go, the compression is kind of high for a forced induction system. i was looking at the same thing, but i plan on turboing my car, so they would be pulled for lower compresssion pistons later.

The pistons alone will raise your compression to 11.1:1 so there's something to think about...(what kinda gas can you get?)

You will most likely need the oversize ones if the cylinders are being honed.

Also if you're thinking pistons, are you doing everything else? But anyways this is the only option you have without resleeving hte block so it sounds good to my if your motor is 10.1:1 right now
