Type S or Crower camshafts?

On friday I bought my type s pistons and rings and now im looking to buy some camshafts but I dont know what to go for...type s from a local shop is about $720 and crower from turboevo is $595 shipped. So ne input would help, thanks..

Oh and the type s valve train...u think its worth it for about $250? Would i get any gains out of that as far as power?
