1. Is it possible to make my 96 prelude S into power locks and install an alarm on it? Any advice or websites or how to's will be appreciated. Thank you on that.

2. What components do I need to take my intake back to stock? All I have is the air tube right now, I think I need the box and thats it? I really dont know. I just got into working on my car. Also, any websites and instructions on how to will be great.

Yes. You can add the power locks to the "S" model. You will need the door lock actuators, the control box, and do all the wiring.

For the intake, you will need the main intake tube, the filter box, the resonator that goes in the bumper and the valve vacuum control box that sits by the battery.

for the door lock actuators, do I need a Prelude specific? or is that a part I can get for anything.. because on ebay there is a prelude, accord, civic actuator.
