Turn signals non-operational, help?

So the title pretty much says it all. the relay is good, i tested it in another prelude today and all the buttons worked, the rear bulbs are good, and it has no bulbs in the front. When i hit the turn signal, the dash doesn't light up, the lights don't turn on, and i hear no signal click under the dash. Where do i start?

I'd start with bulbs up front, as it factors them in for the proper resistance.

Definitely try bulbs in the front first...

Next, try messing around the the under dash harness...I have had an issue with mine before where 1 signal works perfectly turning left, but the right turn signal doesn't light up the dash, make the noise, or actually signal...only sometimes. I did the EL cluster swap in my 92 and replaced the upper dash harness with the newer one and ever since then I've had that problem intermittently. If I move/kick the harness in some "magic" spot, then it comes on and stays on and works properly for a few days or just a few turns till the harness itself moves a bit out of place again...another swift kick to the harness usually makes it come back. Other times it is perfectly fine. It is the harness that has the 2 really big (gray if I remember right) rectangular plugs on the drivers side under the kickpanel and next to the fuse box. So just play around with it and see if it works. I had to move it in some really strange spots before I finally found where it works.

I don't know if that is what is going on with yours, but it is more than likely something with the wiring somewhere along the way...
