turbo or no turbo

I took a 92 prelude si with a h22 swap witha turbo kit on it for trade for my 97 eclipse 2.3 stroker. From what I see everything is no name and most likely a Ebay hack job. It runs decent and is farly quick. He was running open down pipe without an o2 sensor so I bought a downpipe on ebay in which the fitment was completly off. so I hacked it up and started to fabricate my own. I go it mostly done, now just need another 3 feet of pipe to complete it. As is it runs pretty good when warm with the exception of a little bit of kicking ( when driving you notice it everonce and a while but not as a passenger so its not too bad ) but when it is cold it has no power before 2k I mean it wont even move the car and takes a second to even get above 2k. Even when warm it is pretty hesitant below 2k but it improves greatly. The engine is a h22 from japan and I know for sure it is a ebay intercooler kit, it has a t3/t4 turbo that says turbocharger on it so I know that is ebay lol. It has a cast manifold where the turbo bolts up facing forward. not a top mount manifold or the typical manifold that came stock on DSM's but the flange for the turbo is parallel with the ports on the head. (hope I didnt confuse you guys) has a no name AFPR with guage. and a HKS (yes name brand!!!) blow off valve. It has 450cc injectors and tuned on chrome. He says its 276 hp to the crank but had no proof of this so I assume it is just a "butt dyno".

I feel like I am closer to fixing this current set up than to bring it back to NA. Im hoping by replacing plugs (has new wires and distributor) and exuast/o2 sensor I will solve most of my problems. I do not know much about honda's yet so I do not know what else could cause my issues so input would be greatly appreciated.

Then on the other hand I also have some stock parts as in the manifold, injectors, and a few other parts, what else would i need? I know i will need an intake (I could order on ebay for cheap im sure) and then a flex pipe to connect the manifold to the rest of the exuast (apexi n1) I could still utilize the afpr if I dont have a stock one. I have a stock oil pan. Would there be any wiring things I would need to change? he has a lot of wires that he ran himself which scares me. If I returned back to stock would some of the sensors need to be switched or anything Im assuming not but would like to make sure. And also a ecu.... I have a h22 ecu tuned on chrome. so could I reset it to stock or trade it for a stock one or what should I do?

As I typed this, I realized it probobly would only be a quick job to swap everything back to stock, but is that the best bet? or do you think that turbo set up is fine?

sorry for all the random questions any help would be great.
thanks
chris

im not real familiar with chrome but see if the software has expired & how do you know he installed it because that software writes in the stock ecu

get the real ems Hondata

no sensors need to be moved

you could leave the bigger injectors in there if going back to stock, stock ecu controls the amount of psi so it would be normal psi after swap

does the car have a wideband or afr gauge?

the afpr may not be set right

is there anything wired to the map? cuz i know they buy cheap sh!t could be rigged wrong, would be really bad for motor

i think the cheap turbo kit would be fine aslong it installed right but would upgrade it later just make sure you get an tuning ems prefer hondata amost if turbocharged & tuned properly for the power its making, stock ecu will not handle the power. thats the first thing we upgraded before going turbo on hondas
