Turbo charged H23 Prelude - questions

Hi,

I'm new here so i hope this is the correct section.

Currently i'm looking to buy a replacement for my current Honda.
And i found a 1994 2.3L Turbo charged with 125.500 on the clock.
The asking price is with in budget and the owner claims it makes 270 HP, (sounds nice)

Now i'm really considering this car but i have some concerns about the reliability.

How well do H23's handle a turbo setup?? (11PSI)
The car has a XSPower T3/T4 turbo with a large intercooler (don't know the make)
Custom made exhaust system and a light weight flywheel, new clutch and high pressure fuel pump and koni suspension upgrades.

I'm going to need it daily.

I wouldn't use a car like that as a daily driver... unless you know for SURE the previous owner took great care of it.

Here's my thought:
Any car that has engine upgrades to make the car go faster, was probably beat to ****.
