hmm.. that's a pretty good question! The 4th gen manuals are pretty strong but I don't know anyone who owns a 4th gen VTEC auto.. I wonder how much beefier they are compared to an s or si model auto? (if at all?)
BTW, why auto?

I have an auto Accord...and its auto (parents want me to keep it auto and at this point I have to listen to them...LONG STORY)...

I'm going JDM F22B (equivalent to the H23 UDSM) already have a turbo for the F-series motor why I'm not going H22...and was wondering how the H22 auto would hold up since its between the F22 auto tranny and the H22 auto tranny...

I'm sure the JDM auto tranny is better than my USDM auto tranny so I'm swapping it out at the same time...

You'd probably get a better response in the Forced Induction forum.

the jdm h22 auto is a tough tranny. i put around 45k miles of beating the **** out of mine b4 it blew up when i was in a burnout contest.... i was holding 2nd gear at around 7000 rpms, i dont think they had that in mind when they designed it.. but auto's usually make for very fast turbo cars. you can "power brake" at the line to build up full boost on the launch and you dont have to lift when you shift. you will prolly need some slicks to keep from smoking the tires off at the line

your parents won't let you change to 5sp, but they'll let you put a different motor in?

An auto turbo can be pretty sweet at the track, but that was a 12s AWD DSM that I'm thinking of. Who knows what a Honda auto can handle.

I just ordered the level ten rebuild kit and tranny cooler it was like four hundred, they have a alot of stuff for autos but very expensive, but I think a beefed up auto would do better than a 5sp at the track do to less driver error.

$400 doesnt seem that bad to build an auto tranny..it would probably be around the same area to swap to a 5 spd due to labor costs...what did the rebuild include...did you get a new torque converter as well /w it....
