Tune Up Time

well i ve had my car about 5 years now...got it with 134k and now i m at 184k. Everything has been good so far, until I started smelling a little gas from my exhaust a few weeks ago, and having a light white smoke coming out of the exhaust everytime I start the car.

Now, oddly, I still get 25 mpg in the city...25$ a week gives me about 8 gallons of premium gas...and takes me a lil over 200 miles which is about how much I drive every week...so i dont know.

I figured the car needs to be re-tuned because I changed from str8 pipes to a rsr exhaust which has been my only engine mod since I last got the car tuned 2 years ago...and maybe needs a tune up too, so here is what I plan to do/change since i have the next 2 weeks off work.

-oil change

-oil filter

-sparkplugs (5 years with irridiums and they still dont like burned up
thinkin about changin those to platinum maybe)

-sparkplug wires (probly wont touch those, i ve had neuspeed 8.5mm as long as i ve had the plugs)

-stock injectors (maybe they are leaking thats why I smell a little gas from the exhaust all the time gas? clean em up if even possible? or just replace?)

-distributor cap/rotor

-valve adjustment

-Tranny fluid flush

-Air intake filter

-radiator flush (i ve done one 5 months ago, so might not do that)

-Dyno Tuning (just cause its been 2 years since i ve gotten one, and maybe it the car needs it cause of the new exhaust...i dont think it does but what the hell right)

suggestions? have I missed anything? any ideas on the injectors, plugs, the smell the light white smoke...anything

Thanks peeps.

timing belt/water pump were done about 25k miles ago along will all the seals and head gasket...remember I only had the car for 50k miles...so I dont plan on doing that just yet. I ve planned on redoing the timing belt when I change my clutch in about a year since a timing belt should lasat about 60k miles or so.

Axles are A ok...and pure h23 power here

So I guess only missed the fuel filter...I gotta start ordering parts.

Thanks peeps.
