Tune Up Question?

HELP!

Alright, I have never got a tune up for my car ever since i swapped engines since my old engine was hydro-locked. What I need is a list of items that are used in a tune up. If possible please list here in a reply, and if you can let me know where I could get all these parts OEM or OEMSpecs, Thanks.

Spark plugs
wires
Dist cap
rotor
coolant flush
coolant hoses
alternator / ac belt
PS belt
Fuel filter
Pcv Valve
Tranny fluid
Oil and filter obviously

Off the top of my head, if i missed any chime in.

Almost all of this can be bought at your local auto parts stores. However i recommend NGK plugs and wires ( OEM) And GM or Penzoil Synchromesh Manual Tranny fluid.
